
Basic Yoga Flow classes are designed for students new to yoga, or
experienced students who prefer a more gentle practice. These classes focus
on yoga fundamentals, with attention placed on proper alignment in standing,
seated and balancing postures. Props are used to assist students when
necessary and modifications are presented. Sun salutations are taught in a
manner accessible to students of all levels of ability. Foremost is the belief
that yoga is for everyone, not just the strong and flexible. With dedication and
sincere intention, students of any age can benefit from practicing yoga.
